shish kabobs.

In the summer, you can find me at the grill. My husband likes for me to change it up as much as possible, though and tonight I'm grilling up an easy favorite, shish kabobs.

Ingredients:

-Meat of your choice (I chose steak)

-Veggies of your choice (I chose green peppers and onions)

-Kabob Sticks

-Teriyaki Sauce

-Side dishes of your choice (I chose corn on the cob)

Literally this is one of the easiest meals you'll ever make.

1. Chunk the meat and veggies. Make sure if you choose steak you're going with a good cut of meat-- you don't want the meat to be tough.

2. Stick the items on your sticks. I like to evenly distribute the items with a few pieces of steak and lots of veggies on each kabob.

3. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until the meat is cooked to your likeness. I like to get all the good charred crusty bits on the veggies as well. I like to baste them with the teriyaki sauce as they're cooking to help develop the flavors.

4. Serve with the sides of your choice. Happy grilling!

xoxo, Gabrielle
