bbq crockpot ribs.

We really love ribs in the Haney household, but we H A T E how much of a hassle it can be. Who has time to tend to just one part of your meal for hours? Not me.

Enter the crockpot rib. Y'all, these are tender and easily one of the easiest dinner dishes I make. I love to catch ribs on sale and toss them in the freezer.

Ingredients:

Pork Ribs

BBQ Seasoning (I love Sweeet Heat)

BBQ Sauce (Again, this by Sweeet Heat is one of our favorites)

Directions:

1. Heavily coat ribs with seasoning. Ribs need to be defrosted if you've frozen them.

2. Place your ribs standing up on the ends in your crockpot.

3. Heavily cover the top of the ribs with BBQ sauce. Really, just slather it on there.

4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

5. If you want a good char on them, you can cook on the grill or broil for 10 mins to give them a more "grilled" taste. To be honest, I rarely do this and we are still super pleased with the results.

That's it! 3 ingredients, 1 crockpot. These ribs are super tender and will literally fall right off the bone. Try this for your next easy weeknight dinner and let me know what you think of one of my favorite quick and easy recipes!
